90% of our books are used and respective conditions are listed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned—in the identical condition received—within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees. If an error occurs on our behalf, Books Beyond Borders will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.

To return a purchase, send your postage-paid package to Books Beyond Borders, 618 C Tillery Street, Austin, Texas 78702. Please include all relevant refund information. If you have questions about your purchase, email us at customerservice AT booksbeyondborders.com.

In the case that a purchase is lost in transit and no tracking information is available, a refund will be issued 30 days from the original shipment date. If the book arrives after a refund is issued, Books Beyond Borders requests that it be promptly returned at our cost. If tracking information states that the book was delivered, no refund will be issued.

Books are shipped within 24 hours of sale notification.

Direct sale shipping costs are $3.95 for standard mail and $5.95 for expedited service. Multiple book purchases are shipped at the standard cost of an additional$3 per book.  Oversize books may incur a higher shipping rate.  Purchases through our partner wholesalers are priced according to their criterion and are established when your purchase is made.
